In honor of National Physical Fitness Month, we are sharing the best recipes to help with your workouts. This mixed berry protein shake will leave you feeling full, and your muscles will soak up the nutrients for muscle recovery and growth after your workout.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of reduced calorie orange juice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
